Monday Morning Rise and Run with Charm City Run

Mondays at 6:00am; Charm City Run Fells Point

Join me every Monday morning for a run from Charm City Run Fells Point. We run 4 miles along the promenade at 6:00am. There’s always the option to make it part of your longer run for the morning by running to and from the store. We end at the Daily Grind so you can grab your daily dose of caffeine. And the first Monday of every month, we have breakfast and coffee at the store. What better way to start your week than with a run and coffee? As usual, all levels and paces are welcome! Shamrock 5K Training with Charm City Run

STARTS FEBRUARY 3RD

Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 7:30am; Charm City Run Fells Point

Train with me for 6 weeks leading up to a super fun 5K in Baltimore! This is the perfect group if you are interested in starting to run, want to develop a more consistent running routine or have a goal of setting a new 5K PR. All levels and paces are welcome! Sole of the City 10K Training with Charm City Run

STARTS FEBRUARY 24TH

Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 7:30am; Charm City Run Fells Point

Train with me for 8 weeks leading up to a great 10K! This is the perfect group if you want to try a distance longer than a 5K, run with a group of other local runners or hold yourself accountable to train leading up to your goal race .
