Summer Speed Track Workouts with Charm City Run

JUNE 5th – AUGUST 28th

Mondays at 6:30 – 7:30pm; Dulaney High School Track

Join me every Monday night during the summer for a FREE speed-based workout on the track! Each week is a different workout that can be easily adapted to any skill level from walker to advanced runner. The sessions are drop-in so come when you can and I promise you will improve your speed. 5K & 11K Training Group with Charm City Run

11K: JULY 23rd – SEPTEMBER 10th

5K: AUGUST 6th – SEPTEMBER 10th

Thursdays at 6:30pm and Sundays at 8:00am; Charm City Run Locust Point/Fells Point

I am ecstatic to join the fabulous coaching team at Charm City Run! I will be leading the downtown Baltimore group that will run from both the Locust Point and new Fells Point store, in addition to other local spots. Meet with me for 6-8 weeks for speed workouts on Thursday nights and long runs on Sunday mornings in preparation for the Run To Remember 5K or 11K on September 10th. You can also look forward to weekly training plans in your inbox, nutrition/hydration/gear/race strategy/injury prevention education and plenty of positive pep! All levels are welcome – whether your goal is run your first race or improve your time, I look forward to helping you achieve it and be a part of your running journey!
