Summer Speed Track Workouts with Charm City Run
JUNE 5th – AUGUST 28th
Mondays at 6:30 – 7:30pm; Dulaney High School Track
Join me every Monday night during the summer for a FREE speed-based workout on the track! Each week is a different workout that can be easily adapted to any skill level from walker to advanced runner. The sessions are drop-in so come when you can and I promise you will improve your speed. Baltimore Running Festival/Race for the Cure 5K Training Group with Charm City Run
SEPTEMBER 12th – OCTOBER 21st
Thursdays at 6:30pm and Sundays at 8:00am; Charm City Run Fells Point
Let’s train for two great races in Baltimore! Meet with me for 6 weeks for speed workouts on Thursday nights and long runs on Sunday mornings in preparation for the Race for the Cure on October 15th or the Baltimore Running Festival 5K on October 21st.
You can also look forward to weekly training plans in your inbox, nutrition/hydration/gear/race strategy/injury prevention education and plenty of positive pep! All levels are welcome – whether your goal is run your first race or improve your time, I look forward to helping you achieve it and be a part of your running journey!
