Monday Morning Rise and Run with Charm City Run
Mondays at 6:30am; Charm City Run Fells Point
Join me every Monday morning for a run from Charm City Run Fells Point. We’ll head out for 3-5 miles (you choose the distance) along the promenade at 6:30am. There’s always the option to make it part of your longer run for the morning by running to and from the store or you can choose to run less than 3 miles if you want a shorter distance. We’ll end at the Daily Grind so you can pick up your daily dose of caffeine. What better way to start your week than with a run and coffee? As usual, all levels and paces are welcome! Winter 5K Training Group with Charm City Run
DECEMBER 2ND – JANUARY 7TH
Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 7:30am; Charm City Run Fells Point
Train with me for a 5K in January! We’ll meet twice a week for 8 weeks – speed workouts on Tuesday nights and long runs on Saturday mornings.
You can also look forward to weekly training plans in your inbox, nutrition/hydration/gear/race strategy/injury prevention education and plenty of positive pep! All levels are welcome – whether your goal is run your first race or improve your time, I look forward to helping you achieve it and be a part of your running journey!
