Gradually add water to the bowl as you stir mixture. Continue adding water and stirring until the dressing reaches your desired consistency. Add more water for a smoother dressing or add less for a thicker dressing.
Stir in the tumeric.
Squeeze the juice for the quarter of the lemon into the bowl and stir. The lemon juice can break down the form of the tahini so stir until it doesn’t look stringy.
