Wow. I can’t believe I actually just typed those words! Creating my own blog has been a dream of mine for a couple of years now. Ever since I became passionate about health and fitness, I have loved reading articles, scanning recipes and watching videos for food and exercise inspiration.
I hope that this space becomes a place where I can share my own personal opinions, ideas and stories about food, exercise, wellness and my life in general. My views on all of these topics are constantly evolving so I hope you’ll join me in my journey as I figure out how I like to eat, run, work out, have fun and balance my life in a healthy way.
